Let’s put some flesh to this conversation. Let’s add some action to the Sicilians Guide.

Think of a minister that you know today that could use some encouragement. Someone who loves the Lord and is working hard but can’t seem to get past the feeling that they have created an un-attractional church.

Take a minute. Take an hour. Take as much time as you need. Now write them a letter to encourage them. Send them some candy or something totally unexpected. Don’t sign it or say who sent it just do something. Do something unexpected that will make this persons day. Let them know that you appreciate that they have dedicated themselves to serving our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

P.S. One of the best preacher encouragers around is Terry Rush. Just saying he is. If you don’t read hisblog you should. I think he is giving away an iPad or something. Something about being April you know.
